As a young, busy, white collar professional I was sceptical about working with a coach and was initially looking for a quick fix to my problems (medication). As soon as I spoke to John I could feel he was different to the people I have come across in the past. After working with him on a three month programme I can honestly say he helped me make changes that I believe will ultimately change my life. Always in a calm, comforting and non-pushy manner he helped me identify all of the issues I needed to deal with as opposed to masking the symptoms. I cannot recommend him enough! Oh, and it turns out I didn't have ADHD after all.
I just wanted to message you and say thank you. Every day I do things that would have previously caused me so much anxiety. I am surprised even now when it doesn't come. I wouldn't be in this place without your help and guidance. Thank you.
John is a calm and professional person. He helped me to re-balance and assess my life. He listens and encourages. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help and guidance and wants to change their life.
"I went to see John not sure quite what to expect. I felt burdened by emotions that were very close to the surface and I wanted to get a bit more control over them. I knew I wanted to talk about events in my recent and distant past and John allowed me the space to do this. John allowed me to dig deeper and move on. John's patience and gentle challenge helped me to be honest with myself and gain a different perspective. I am really glad I went to see him."
I would like to recommend John as after the 8 sessions I had with him he has made me realise that “everything is ok” there is no need to panic about anything and I am in control always. John is very kind, listens and makes you feel at ease, gives you guidance, tips and ideas of how to control things. He has really helped me to think differently and it has given me confidence, independence, and a different approach to the way I personally see and handle things daily and live my life.
It funny how a few bad words can break you, but a few positive ones can make such a difference. I told you what I wanted to do you said I could do it but I chose not to. I told you what I wanted to be like and you told me I am already am. I don’t know what to say except thank you. A year ago, I wanted to die I felt I had nothing to live for, today you have helped me know I have everything to live for. For the few months I have known you, you have had a positive impact on my life. People have commented on how well I look, and I believe it’s from within. I believe your contagious smile, helped me to find mine.
