What does the course cover?

In this course you will work your way through six fundamentals that you need to understand in order to be ready for and create the kind of healthy intimate relationship that you desire.

Each video will cover a different aspect of the things that are essential for you to know, explore and resolve to attract the kind of person you really want in your life. Someone that will complement your lifestyle and help lead towards a more fulfilled and happier life.

You will discover, explore and understand how you are impacted by your:

Relationship Beliefs and Patterns
Resistance

What you Want
... and a sixth that underpins the other five!

What other support do I receive?

You will also get exclusive access to a private Facebook group where you can post any questions and comments. I will also be on hand to help out with any of these queries or things that come up for you and you can share with people that are in a similar space to you, learning from what they might be doing and to know that you are never alone in this space.

If you opt for the video programme with individual or group coaching option, then between videos you will be sent access to a group coaching online call where we will talk through the video and the outcomes for you. In this space we will be able to look more closely at your personal circumstances, at the things that matter to you and find specific ways for you to move forward from whatever may be holding you back from attracting the person that you want in your life.

What is the format?

Each video explains one area and then gives you an exercise to work on in order to gain a level of understanding and the right tools you need in order to get yourself relationship ready.

What is the fee?

To access the video content only the investment is £199. To include one-to-one coaching with me the investment is £449. You can also join as a group (3-5 people) for only £399.
